2. Reservations and Payment

When you make a reservation through the Services, you agree to pay the applicable rental rate, cleaning fees, and any additional charges as listed. Welgo Space reserves the right to modify its rates and fees at any time. We may use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions, and you agree to comply with their terms of service.

3. Seamless Stay

Welgo Space is committed to providing you with a seamless stay. We ensure the units are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We also offer clear instructions for accessing the unit and amenities, and are available to address any questions or concerns you may have during your stay.

4. Guest Responsibilities

You agree to treat the unit with respect and care, and to leave it in the same condition you found it in upon departure. This includes adhering to house rules, respecting quiet hours, and being responsible for any damages caused by you or your guests.

5. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required for your reservation. This deposit will be refunded within [number] days of your departure, less any deductions for damages or cleaning fees beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE UNITS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WELGO SPACE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE UNITS WILL BE COMPLETELY FREE OF DEFECTS OR THAT YOUR STAY WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

WELGO SPACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE UNITS OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WELGO SPACE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy aims to be flexible while protecting our business:

Free cancellation: Cancel your reservation at least 14 days before your scheduled check-in date for a full refund.

Partial refund: If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund of your total booking cost given that another guest will be taking over your reserved date..

Non-refundable: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled check-in date are non-refundable.

Important Note: In the event of a no-show or a cancellation notice shorter than 24 hours before check-in, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

9. House Rules Agreement

By making a reservation, you agree to abide by our House Rules. These rules are in place to ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests. Please review our House Rules carefully before booking.

Any violations of our House Rules may result in additional charges or the termination of your reservation.

10. Termination
