Luxury Glamping | Hot Tub, Firepit & Grill

The terrible smell of the toilet made the stay unbearable! Positive: Location was pretty good. Restaurants and supermarket nearby. Negative: The toilet was so smelly. It was so terrible that we could not shower for the 4 days 3 nights we were there. Imagine that! We even had to put a towel under the toilet door to prevent the smell from seeping into the other areas (which it did in the beginning and stank up the whole unit). We had to use the kitchen sink to wash up because the toilet smell was just too bad. Thankfully we were attending a conference and did not have to spend much time in the apartment. It would have been unbearable as it was too cold to open the windows. We were just stuck with a smelly apartment. We complained to the management and they said they would send someone but they did not. We asked for compensation and they said they would look into it but have ignored our follow up - it has been over 2 months. I hope Booking.Com will look into this.

Never again,, Positive: Location , staff was friendly Negative: Hot water only worked for part of the stay. Towels were wet upon arrival. Don't know why.. Key was missing upon arrival, unit was ulocked Contact person was not local. So i called them , they called someone else and I was stuck waiting. Couch was extremely stained. While the staff was friendly. All these deficiencies really ruined the stay..

Positive: Great little place in the mountains. Had everything I needed and was close to everything else. Definitely a great place to stay in Woodland Park! Negative: The ladder to the bed, but that didn't affect my rating. I'm old and set in my ways. The knees did not enjoy the climb.

Positive: We had a delightful stay! The hosts were beyond accommodating, it was quiet, clean and adorable!
