This place was GROSS and beyond terrible. Positive: They had made the bed in the fold-out couch as I had requested. Negative: After we settled in, I saw the BIGGEST ROACH I have ever seen in the United States. Disgusting. When it scurried away across the bathroom floor, it was so big I thought it might have been a mouse. UGH. My husband smashed it with a shoe—it was a roach. The towels and sheets were plastic-y feeling and smelled bad—like someone had sprayed something around the bathroom and bedroom. The apartment is a trailer, which was ok. But it should just say that on the description. The fold out couch has an extremely thin mattress and was very uncomfortable. The whole experience was TERRIBLE.

My husband & I loved staying here for a week. The location was perfect for us and the tiny house was PLENTY spacious for the two of us! Bathroom wasn’t too small & kitchen had everything we needed. Very convenient to so many things to do!

It was ok great place but checking and and communication was way off. Please don’t try to get a package delivered they’ll disappear then when you mention it to the property manager they’ll tell you need to ask for permission to get amazon packages even though your renting the property for five or more days. Liked my tiny home, felt comfortable and would stay there again. Positive: I liked having a tiny home instead of just a room. The tiny home was cute and everything was provided. Negative: The home was a little on the cold side for me. I did not sleep in the bedroom because it never seemed warm enough for me. I do know that I tend to be cold when others are comfortable. So, I wasn't unhappy about this. I just slept in the living room on the couch.
