Had everything we needed and nothing more or less. Positive: Charming, simple, had everything we needed. Negative: The artificial air freshener was a bit strong. We unplugged the glade scent diffuser while we stayed and plugged it back in before we left.

Good location, but "Beware of 3rd party off-site check-in and deposit" Positive: Keyless entry instructions are slightly wrong, as the 1st touch on keyboard must NOT be on a number. Took quite a few attempts to realize the problem, but then no problems once the procedure was known. Negative: Nice clean basic place, but Beware! After reserving though booking.com, you will receive an email from "Welgo" with a "Boarding Pass" link. In order to receive check-in instructions and door code, you have to fill out the "Boarding Pass" questionnaire, make a $250 refundable damage deposit to a 3rd party off-site website, and attach a copy of your ID. I reluctantly did all these steps, but the listing should be upfront and transparent that they use a 3rd party website with lots of hoops to jump through. Also, you will not receive the door code until your check-in time, although the website does not let you know about this timing.

Comfy, convenient location. Positive: The property is very conveniently located. Nice quiet neighborhood. The house itself was super clean and cozy. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone coming to visit in Tucson

The property was very well maintained and beautiful. It’s located close enough to the university and to plenty of other places without being too close and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend.
