Positive: The bed was comfortable. The sofa was comfortable. There decorations were nice. There was hot water. The door lock worked. If we were interested in the university, it would have been very well located. For us, it was 20 minutes from where we needed to be. Negative: The communication talked a lot about being charged for damage, even required a deposit(!), but it was not in the best shape. The dining table had a big chunk of surfacing material gone; the bathroom vanity and mirror were water damaged. There were obvious paint touch-ups everywhere. A hole in the wall where the bedroom door knob hits; ....

Logement proche du campus, prix très raisonnable. Positive: Bon rapport qualité-prix. Situé proche du campus. Place de parking fourni. Negative: Des couvertures supplémentaires seront un plus pour les nuits fraiches de janvier et éviter d'allumer le chauffage qui fait un bruit terrible. Le second lit est à fixer / remplacer?
