Great location and easy to get around Tucson from this condo. Positive: Coffee and creamer were provided— always helpful to have on hand so a grocery run is not urgent on arrival! Team was super responsive. Centrally located and easy to get to many points in the city. Beds were comfy and bedding good quality. Negative: Patio is only accessible from the outdoors.

Well-provisioned place in a very convenient location. Positive: The property was well-equipped with kitchen and bath needs, including the common-sense provision of basic leftover cooking supplies like spices, oil, sugar. The bedrooms had good storage options and the one bed we used was very comfortable. The bathroom had room to hang towels and provided bath products from a dispenser. Negative: The courtyard was a little scruffy and grim, and looking mostly like a smoking porch rather than a fun place to hang out. We visited in November, so we did suffer a little with the chilly concrete structure, despite the forced air heat. The black, white, and gray decor did not add any cheer to the place. It might be a whole different story in July.

They’d respond in minutes with any minutes. Very pet friendly and accommodating. My only suggestion is that there be some cleaning supplies for use, all we had was soap and water, and the hand broom had no dustpan. I still give this place five stars because it was clean, quiet, affordable and the owner is so kind. Absolutely would stay again, this was our second time using Welgo and we will continue to make travel plans with them.
